At a recent Salcedo Auctions event for Globe Platinum customers held at the Peninsula Manila, top art connoisseur Richie Lerma announced that the holder of paddle 917 was in for a treat. Joey Radovan, a Globe customer for 20 years, was pleasantly surprised when he learned that he was the recipient of the luxury stay at the world-renowned resort that boasts of powdery white-sand beaches and pristine tropical wilderness. “Thank you for the best reward ever! Here’s to another 20 years with you!” he exclaimed when he learned of his good fortune.

GCash cautions against gambling apps used for phishing

A recent investigation by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) and the leading mobile wallet GCash, has led to the discovery of certain gambling sites and apps which were used for account takeovers in the recent surge of phishing scams.
