Megaworld to build P1.8-B mall in Capital Town Pampanga

Township developer Megaworld is building its first full-scale mall development in Central Luzon, the Capital Mall, inside the 35.6-hectare Capital Town in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga. To be completed in 2022, the Capital Mall will be a three-level mall with a gross floor area of around 33,000 square meters. The company is allocating P1.8-billion to build the mall in two years. Construction will start by first half of 2020. Globe joins over 50 mobile firms worldwide in committing to disclose climate impacts

Globe, as part of Singtel group,  joins more than 50 mobile operators from all over the world in addressing the growing problem of climate change through a commitment to disclose the impact of its operations on the environment using the internationally-recognized CDP global disclosure system.   This is part of a major GSMA-led initiative to develop a mobile industry climate action roadmap that will  create a decarbonization pathway for the mobile sector by February next year. Globe inks MOU with American Tower Corp Subsidiary

Globe has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Tran scend Towers Infrastructure (Philippines) Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of American Tower Corporation, to build more towers in the Philippines. In support of the common tower initiative of the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), the agreement will have Transcend Towers build an initial 150 sites for Globe in North Luzon. Globe Chief Finance Officer Rizza Maniego-Eala said that American Tower Corp Subsidiary will play a critical role in improving the density of Globe’s sites in North Luzon. “There is a significant need to accelerate our infrastructure build for our customers to fully enjoy the benefit of a digital lifestyle,” Maniego-Eala said. This is the third MOU signed by Globe after ISOC Infrastructure Inc. and Malaysia-based tower giant edotco Group Sdn. AboitizLand, Cebu Landmasters announce project tie-up

Two of the country’s regional real estate leaders have joined forces to expand their foothold in Cebu.   Aboitiz Land Inc. (AboitizLand), the real estate arm of Aboitiz Equity Ventures Inc.
