The bubbly chef showed her culinary skills with her tasty version of the tasty chicken soup at Robinson’s Place Iloilo during the festival. Chef Donita's version called for the addition of coconut milk (gata) on top of the original recipe - it's like tinola but somewhat sweeter with the additional of coconut juice and meat.

“Ilonggos are known to be serious about their food, understand their ingredients, and are fussy with preparation." says Chef Donita.
