Megaworld turns-over 1,000 condo units in Makati worth PhP 9B

Property giant Megaworld is turning over 1,000 residential units in Makati Central Business District (CBD) this year, with a total sales value of P9-billion.  These projects include the 30-storey Paseo Heights and the 50-storey Three Central, both in Salcedo Village in Makati CBD.

“We have started the turnover process middle of this year and our goal is to complete this at the soonest possible time,” says Eugene Em Lozano, first vice president for sales and marketing, Megaworld Makati CBD.

Last year, the company has also turned over 800 residential units in Makati CBD from its Two Central and Greenbelt Hamilton Tower 1 projects.

To date, Megaworld has around 4,000 residential units that have already been turned over from its various condominium projects within Makati CBD. Aside from Two Central and Greenbelt Hamilton Tower 1, these projects also include One Central, Paseo Parkview Towers 1 and 2, One Lafayette Square, Two Lafayette Square, The Manhattan Square, The Salcedo Park Towers 1 and 2 – all within Salcedo Village; as well as Greenbelt Chancellor, Greenbelt Excelsior, Greenbelt Madison, Greenbelt Parkplace, Greenbelt Radissons – all within Legazpi Village.

Four more residential towers are currently under construction, namely:  Salcedo Skysuites, San Antonio Residence, Greenbelt Hamilton Tower 2 and The Ellis.

Currently, the Megaworld Group, which also includes subsidiary Empire East Land Holdings, Inc., has 30 buildings all over Makati City.

“We continue to look for more opportunities to build more residential properties within Makati CBD because there is still high demand. Rental rates remain high as well,” adds Lozano.

Aside from being one of the largest developers in Makati CBD, Megaworld is also known for the being the country’s biggest developer and pioneer of integrated urban townships across the Philippines. GCash cautions against gambling apps used for phishing
