Max's Restaurant brings back its most popular promo - Chicken-All-You-Can! Every FRIDAY starting July 17 until August 14 from 6pm to 10pm, indulge with Max's Fried Chicken - all you can eat for only P229! 
Here are the mechanics for this promo:

  • Max’s Quarter Chicken will be served with 1 glass of Pepsi products
  • Valid for dine in only from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM
  • Not available for takeout, delivery, bulk order and functions.
  • Not valid in conjunction with any other ongoing promos and discounts
  • Chicken will be served after each piece has been consumed

GCash cautions against gambling apps used for phishing

A recent investigation by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) and the leading mobile wallet GCash, has led to the discovery of certain gambling sites and apps which were used for account takeovers in the recent surge of phishing scams. Additionally, some influencers may have unknowingly promoted these gaming apps without being aware of their fraudulent nature. GCash is now cautioning its users to be extremely careful when accessing online gambling sites and apps, and to avoid them altogether if possible. In this latest scheme, perpetrators created gambling apps while falsely claiming to be accredited by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
