The nine-hectare commercial district at IBP will also become the home of the regional headquarters of some of the country’s leading financial institutions, like the UnionBank of the Philippines and Metrobank.
Flourishing Live-Work-Play concept
Iloilo Business Park carries the company’s signature live-work-play lifestyle concept within its very DNA.
Currently, the township is selling its seventh residential tower, Saint Dominique, which is a fitting follow up to the success of One Madison Place, Lafayette Park Square, The Palladium, Saint Honore, and Saint Dominique – all of which have been sold out in just a matter of months right after being launched.
