Megaworld opens Iloilo Business Park Sales and Information Center

Alongside with the launching of the Iloilo Christmas Village at the Iloilo Business Park, Megaworld launched its biggest and world-class showroom in this part of the country.

Occupying around 2,745 square meters of space, the showroom will feature a modern design with an all-glass facade. The interior design of the showroom area is inspired by modern contemporary and industrial design.

This can be seen in the use of simulated brick finish, stucco paint on walls and wood accents which is typical with industrial style.

For the lighting fixtures, the modern contemporary design can be seen in the main lighting and drop lights while the industrial design inspirations can be seen in the scones installed on the walls.

While at the ground floor area, there will have its own function hall, bar area and executive studio model units.

“We would also like to highlight that we are having the world-class showroom in Iloilo Business Park. This year is really a banner year for Megaworld and in Iloilo Business Park,” says Palmares-Fong.

Responding to a fantastic and world-class ambiance of the showroom, the first residential condominium to be featured is The Palladium, the fifth residential tower poised to be the tallest residential condominium in Western Visayas, featuring the region’s first multi-level skygardens.  

Standing 80 meters high at 22 storeys, The Palladium has a total of 482 units ranging from studio (from 29.50 square meters), executive studio (from 39.50 square meters), one-bedroom (from 49.50 square meters) to two-bedrooms (from 83.50 square meters) units.

The residential enclave will be divided into North Wing and South Wing. At the topmost floor of the tower, there will be exclusive loft units ranging from 76 square meters to 115 square meters.

Residents of The Palladium will also get to enjoy the state-of-the-art amenities, which it raises the bar of the city’s lifestyle. These include an infinity pool, a children’s pool, outdoor and indoor fitness center, outdoor dining area, day care center, lawn area for events, and a function hall. 

From the outside, the first two levels of The Palladium will be allocated for commercial and retail shops.

Another unique living experience at The Palladium is the loft units, which will be first-of-its-kind in Iloilo City and the entire Western Visayas.  The Palladium is expected to be completed in December 2019.

This year, President Benigno S. Aquino III personally inaugurated the 3,700-seating capacity Iloilo Convention Center and the 151-room Richmonde Hotel Iloilo. The opening is just in time for the city’s hosting of the recent Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) side meetings.

Megaworld has also started the construction of the much-awaited Festive Walk Mall and The Street of Festive Walk, a 1.1-kilometer commercial and retail strip parallel to Iloilo’s Diversion Road.
