Festive Walk Mall bags ‘Outstanding Retail Development’ in 2018 Property and Real Estate Excellence Awards



Megaworld’s Festive Walk Mall in Iloilo Business Park, touted as ‘Iloilo’s Most Beautiful Mall’, bagged a Silver Award for Outstanding Retail Development at the 2018 Property and Real Estate Excellence Awards by the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI-Philippines).

Aside from Festive Walk Mall’s award, the company also won nine other awards during the gala night, including the first-ever Hall of Fame for 'Outstanding Developer of the Year' after being named the best developer for three straight years since 2015. 
Megaworld chairman, Dr. Andrew L. Tan, also received the first-ever Hall of Fame for 'Property Man of the Year,' while the company's subsidiary Global-Estate Resorts, Inc. (GERI), developer of Boracay Newcoast, was awarded this year's 'Developer of the Year.'
