Seniors Day at SM City Iloilo: Oldies but Techies

As part of its commitment to the senior citizens, SM City Iloilo recently held another round of Seniors Day. This time it tackled what most 60 pluses do not dare at their age - the latest technology! The activity was held to equip the participants with knowledge on technology that will aid in their well-being and relaxation. 

Mr. Aivan Cedullo, SM City Iloilo Marketing Associate, taught the seniors the basics of Facebook to aid in their communication activities with their loved ones and for them to feed their curiosity about the social media site.

They also toured the mall specifically the Cyberzone area to orient them of the latest technology. As a parting gift from the event, the participants received gift certificates from Kpop Optical located at the 2nd floor of SM City Iloilo.

The Seniors Day at the Mall is a project of the SM Cares Committee on Senior Citizens Affairs.
