The Wolf is almost ready to pack up and move to its next adventure—but not without one last hurrah for Ilonggo book lovers! The Big Bad Wolf Book Sale at Robinsons Pavia is here until Sunday, September 8, giving readers one final chance to hunt down bargains, exclusive promos, and unforgettable loot before the Wolf howls goodbye.

Big Bad Wolf Books proudly partners with Vice Governor Lee Ann Debuque, a staunch advocate for education and literacy, in supporting this year’s Red Readerhood beneficiary—the Iloilo Provincial Library.

From L-R: Sowenscale CEO Mikee Canaman, Vice Governor Lee Ann Debuque and Big Bad Wolf Books Philippines Country Head Ley Almeda

Through her ongoing campaign, “BOOK MO, SHARE MO,” Vice Gov. Debuque continues to rally communities to donate books and share the joy of reading with underserved learners across Iloilo, strengthening the province’s culture of learning one book at a time.

Grab Exclusive Book Bargains

Thousands of titles across every genre—from bestselling novels to children’s favorites, self-help, cookbooks, and rare finds—are still waiting on the shelves. Once the Wolf leaves, so do these deals.

Wolfies are in for a treat with exciting instant rebates:

  • ₱120 off when you spend ₱2,000

  • ₱400 off when you spend ₱5,000

Students, teachers, and bulk buyers from institutions also get extra discounts—making it even easier to stock up on books. But the fun doesn’t stop at the shelves! Ilonggos can dive into howlin’ good promo activities like the Book Stack Battle and the Big-Bad Book Off.

Book Stack Battle: After checkout, test your haul at the Book Stack Battle corner! A Big Bad Wolf crew member will measure your pile with “Wolfie’s Ruler”—the taller the stack, the bigger the prize. Some Wolfies have even built towers over 60 inches high! Don’t forget to get your receipt stamped by the official crew to claim your reward.

The Big-Bad Book Off: Bring a buddy and join the challenge! Each of you secretly picks the book you think is the thickest in your haul. When the crew shouts, “Raise your books!”—the thicker book wins, and the champ gets a 5% discount voucher for their next purchase.

GCash cautions against gambling apps used for phishing
