GMA Integrated News embraces bigger challenge as ‘News Authority ng Filipino’

"Being the most trusted news organization in the Philippines is a great responsibility," said GMA Network Senior Vice President for Integrated News, Regional TV, and Synergy Oliver Victor B. Amoroso. “The multi-platform campaign of GMA Integrated News – ‘Mas malaking misyon, mas malawak na paglilingkod sa bayan’ – strengthens our commitment in pushing ‘Serbisyong Totoo’ further by embracing a bigger purpose to bring fair, balanced, and accurate news to a much broader audience as the news authority of the Filipino,” he added.




 

Together in one studio for the first time since the pandemic, news personalities from GMA News Manila, GMA Regional TV, GMA News Online, and GMA Super Radyo gathered for the GMA Integrated News Omnibus plug that debuted on air and online last August 7.

 

"This was a massive production endeavor involving many departments in the Network. We had to time everything, the logistics, the setup, and the actual shoot so as not to hamper the news operation," said Vice President and Deputy Head for News Programs and Specials Michelle Seva.

 

With over 1,000 journalists and personnel across all platforms, 12 strategically located regional TV stations that air newscasts in local languages, 7 Super Radyo stations nationwide, and almost 204 million subscribers online, GMA Integrated News brings the biggest and most important news and updates to Filipinos here and abroad.

GMA Integrated News has solidified its status as the "News Authority ng Filipino" in less than a year since its rebirth as a dynamic multi-platform and mega news agency.
