DongYan treats GMA Pinoy TV subscribers to a memorable Kapuso experience this Friday!

 This Friday (April 30), get ready for GMA Pinoy TV’s sweet surprise for fans all over the world! 

As the flagship international channel believes that the Kapuso abroad are #StrongerTogether, GMA Pinoy TV turns into reality their wish of seeing Kapuso Primetime King Dingdong Dantes and Kapuso Primetime Queen Marian Rivera-Dantes again in a virtual event that fans should definitely not miss.  


 

Making each fan’s experience a memorable one, the “Pinoy Abroad Fun Connect: DongYan #StrongerTogether” will not only enable Pinoys to see them together, but they can also interact and share stories with the Kapuso couple via live video conference!

Fans of the Kapuso couple can continue watching their shows on GMA Pinoy TV. Marian hosts the award-winning drama anthology program “Tadhana” while Dingdong is the host of the infotainment program, “Amazing Earth.” 

As an added treat for the Kapuso abroad and to celebrate all the mothers, GMA Pinoy TV is dedicating the month of May to showcase Marian Rivera movies on GMA Pinoy Blockbuster every Saturday beginning May 1 with the fantasy film “Ang Panday 2” where she played the role of Arlana who is also the dragon Bagwis. On May 8, catch “One True Love” where Marian is paired up with no less than her one true love, Dingdong, in a gripping romantic story. On May 15, catch her romantic comedy “My Lady Boss”; and the action fantasy comedy “Super Inday and the Golden Bibe” on May 22. 

Viewers abroad should likewise watch out for the re-run of the well-loved DongYan series, “Endless Love,” which will soon air on the channel in June.

GCash cautions against gambling apps used for phishing

A recent investigation by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) and the leading mobile wallet GCash, has led to the discovery of certain gambling sites and apps which were used for account takeovers in the recent surge of phishing scams. Additionally, some influencers may have unknowingly promoted these gaming apps without being aware of their fraudulent nature. GCash is now cautioning its users to be extremely careful when accessing online gambling sites and apps, and to avoid them altogether if possible.
