It was another memorable ONE Championship event held on 25th January 2019 with Filipino Superstar Geje "GRAVITY" Eustaquio versus Brazilian Adriano "MIKINHO" Moraes competing in the first-ever trilogy in ONE history in the main event for ONE: HERO’S ASCENT!

The rivals went the full distance in an epic battle that saw Moraes reclaiming the ONE FLYWEIGHT WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP belt from Eustaquio via a unanimous decision to silence the hometown crowd at the Mall of Asia Arena.

Two other Filipinos and Team Lakay members competed in the card with Danny "THE KING" Kingdad beating Tatsumitsu Wada of Japan by unanimous decision in the flyweight division and former featherweight champion Honorio "THE ROCK" Banario suffering an opening-round stoppage at the hands of undefeated American Lowen Tynanes in their Lightweight World Grand Prix Quarterfinal.

GCash cautions against gambling apps used for phishing

A recent investigation by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) and the leading mobile wallet GCash, has led to the discovery of certain gambling sites and apps which were used for account takeovers in the recent surge of phishing scams.
