Avida Towers Atria launches second tower

Atria Park District, Ayala Land’s first integrated masterplanned, mixed-use community and largest investment in Iloilo continues to redefine the bustling metropolis with the latest developments for its residential and community components.

With the brisk take-up of units in the first tower of Avida Towers Atria, a fresh inventory of 321 residential and 57 parking units are now available to the public in the second tower. Tower 2 offers 23 units per floor, comprised of studio, one bedroom and two bedroom units with sizes ranging from 23 sqm to 61 sqm. Completion of the second tower is scheduled on the 1st quarter of 2019.  

Avida Towers Atria is a high-rise development that promises to bring a perfect mix of modern city living surrounded by green open spaces.

GCash cautions against gambling apps used for phishing

A recent investigation by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) and the leading mobile wallet GCash, has led to the discovery of certain gambling sites and apps which were used for account takeovers in the recent surge of phishing scams. Additionally, some influencers may have unknowingly promoted these gaming apps without being aware of their fraudulent nature. GCash is now cautioning its users to be extremely careful when accessing online gambling sites and apps, and to avoid them altogether if possible.
