When something is lacking, they find ways to make it whole; when they are constrained by the ir financial situation, they dig deep into their experiences to find solutions. This groundbreaking initiative aims to empower local communities and promote sustainable practices through the upcycling of discarded linens and fabrics from Park Inn by Radisson Iloilo and Park Inn by Radisson Bacolod as well as other SMHCC hotels and properties. . C ebu Pacific (CEB) has signed a share purchase agreement (SPA) with ALI Capital Corp. to acquire 100% of AirSWIFT Transport Inc. for Php1.75 billion. This transaction has been approved by the Board of Directors of both CEB and ALI Capital Corp. The transaction allows both organizations to focus on their respective core businesses, enhancing operational focus and efficiency and marking an exciting new chapter for both AirSWIFT and CEB.
