Alden Richards is VICTOR MAGTANGGOL


Phenomenal Kapuso star and Pambansang Bae Alden Richards is all set to make his big comeback on primetime TV as he headlines GMA Network’s upcoming drama series – Victor Magtanggol.

During his interview on 24 Oras, Alden shared what his role is all about. “Si Victor Magtanggol ay isang simpleng tao na nabigyan ng isang extraordinaryong misyon sa buhay na masusukat ang lahat sa buhay niya: pagsubok sa pamilya, pagsubok bilang kapatid, pagsubok bilang kaibigan, lahat.”




Alden didn’t think twice accepting the project since he has been dreaming of doing something like this. “Natuwa ako at naexcite kasi yung puso ng character naramdaman ko agad nung binasa ko pa lang yung first week ng script,” he said.
Since the project is close to his heart, Alden is very involved in the story and is happy to collaborate with the creative team to make it relatable to viewers.

“Yung mensahe na idedeliver nung project na ito sa manonood is kailangan napapanahon, mapupulutan ng ispirasyon at kumbaga ay magiging aspirational.”

He also revealed that the program Victor Magtanggol is full of drama, action and adventure which mirrors the lives of every Filipino.

“Nang binigay kasi sa akin ang Victor Magtanggol at then diniscribe ang character niya, ang lakas ng koneksyon sa mga Pilipino. So yung mga Pilipino na may prinsipyo, yung pag inatasan mong gawin ang isang bagay ay paninindigan nila. Gusto natin kapag pinanoood ng mga Kapuso natin si Victor Magtanggol, makikita nila ang mga sarilli nila.”
