Globe heats up Labor Day weekend with #GlobeBoracay

Labor Day weekend is the most exciting weekend of the summer, and Boracay is ground zero for everything that’s hot and exciting. To make the summer even more lit, Globe is pulling out all the stops for #GlobeBoracay, a weekend of revelry with local and international DJs from April 28 to May 1!

Globe is set to heat it up with #GlobeSunkissed, a three-day party headlined by Matthew Koma, who collaborated with Zedd for the hit songs “Clarity” and “Spectrum.” The American singer, songwriter, and DJ will exclusively spin for Globe Sunkissed 2017, along with British electronic music duo Bondax. Local acts Mars Miranda, Kat DJ, Ron Poe, Carlo Atendido, and Marc Naval will also spin to make the weekend even more unforgettable. 


One party isn’t enough to make the most awaited weekend epic, so Globe is partnering with the Palace Pool Club for #GlobeSuperParadise, a two-night event bringing the hottest acts in Manila to the Epic Beachfront.

From April 29 to 30, attendees can party ‘til sunrise with Dutch EDM star Quintino and Asia’s #1 DJ duo, Rave Republic. The Palace resident DJs Mars Miranda, Kat DJ, Martin Pulgar, and Marc Naval will join the event by bringing the city’s brand of fun to one of the world’s most beautiful islands.

GCash cautions against gambling apps used for phishing

A recent investigation by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) and the leading mobile wallet GCash, has led to the discovery of certain gambling sites and apps which were used for account takeovers in the recent surge of phishing scams.
